What counts as my "first booking"?
Your very first confirmed booking on Leeazy — any space type, any duration. The platform fee is waived entirely. You only pay the Stripe card processing fee.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What's included in the platform fee?
The platform fee covers access codes, payment processing, booking support, and host verification. It's charged on top of the space's hourly rate.
Is there a minimum booking length?
Most spaces start at 30 minutes. Some studios and meeting rooms have a 1-hour minimum set by the host.
